Whether you’re a first time home buyer, investor, or just looking to find a new area it’s important to know WHY you want to purchase a new home. Knowing the reason why you want to purchase will help you make important decisions when it comes to finding that perfect home.

Work with a local lender to determine how much you can afford and learn which types of loans you may qualify for. It’s better to know, rather than wonder. Getting Pre-Approved will save everyone time when submitting an offer. If you need a recommendation feel free to ask!
Finding a Home
I’ll set you up on the MLS for online searches, set up an auto-email system and take you out to your favorite properties.
Submit an Offer
Once we've found the perfect home it's important to put an offer in as soon as possible. I will assist in determining what price we should offer and walk you through the entire process including negotiations.
Contract to Closing
Now that your offer has been accepted it’s time to satisfy any curiosities you have. An inspection and appraisal will be done. This will reveal any undisclosed or unknown defects, this is the time to renegotiate with the seller. Although the lender will carry you through the financial aspect, I will be with you the entire way through.
Congrats! Closing day has finally come. It’s time to sign documents and make it official. You are a new home owner!
